Dear Mike, Andrew, Mason, and the whole Winn family: I wanted to take a minute to thank you and the whole Wimberley Zipline “family” for the FANTASTIC day we had there yesterday. Although the weather was a bit dodgy, you kept our safety first in mind, and although we missed out on the longest wire, we still had great fun making runs on the other 3 wires. My 12 year old son had a blast, and my 10 year old daughter just kept saying, “that’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done!” over and over again! As an Emergency Room doc, I was extremely impressed with the level of engineering and safety consciousness that went into the construction of your facilities, as well as the good-natured and reassuring expertise of your crew. Located as you are on such a pristine Hill Country ranch, I was also very impressed with how invisibly the facilities blended in with the natural terrain – a bit hard to find, but worth the effort. Although some of our crew chose not to brave the cold and the wind, my two teens had the time of their lives, and we WILL be back – likely more than once – in the coming months! I look forward to your coming expansion to 12 lines in the next year, and I know you will keep the same friendly and inviting atmosphere as you grow. Here’s to your coming successes!
