Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

• Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required (tennis shoes or hiking shoes recommended)
• No open-toed or open-heel shoes, including Crocs
• Shorts of any length are allowed. However, mid-thigh length or longer is recommended for the most comfort, as the harness leg straps may rub against bare skin
• Long hair should be tied back in a low ponytail
• Dress for the weather—layers are recommended during cooler months
